Greentek Global Solar Energy Systems & Components Trading Co. L.L.C is the UAE arm of the Greentek group, licensed in Dubai since July 2022. We supply solar equipment and execute installation scopes for utility-scale and commercial solar projects across the Emirates.
What does Greentek do in the UAE?
Greentek Global holds a Dubai commercial licence for three activities: alternative energy equipment installation and maintenance, alternative energy equipment and accessories trading, and electrical fitting contracting. In practice that means module and balance-of-system supply, and execution manpower for EPC contractors building large solar plants in the UAE and the wider Gulf.

Which UAE solar projects has Greentek worked on?
Greentek has executed scopes on two of the largest solar plants in the UAE: Al Dhafra PV2 in Abu Dhabi and DEWA VI in Dubai. In both cases Greentek worked as a sub-contractor to the main EPC contractor, on a defined scope, not as the plant EPC.

The plant capacity and the capacity Greentek executed are two different numbers, and we publish both. A 2.1 GW plant is not a 2.1 GW Greentek project. Our scope on it was 30 MW of mechanical module installation, and that is what we claim.
