Join Greentek India Limited's residential solar team, primarily delivering 3-10 kW rooftop installations. 3 position(s). Relevant experience: 1-3 years.
Fixed gross salary: INR 20000 per month before employee deductions. Approved site expenses are separate.
Key responsibilities
- Install residential solar PV systems, mainly 3-10 kW, to approved drawings and work instructions.
- Perform module mounting, structure assembly, DC/AC cable laying, connector termination and cable dressing.
- Complete earthing, labels, installation photographs, material reconciliation and daily work updates.
- Assist electrical testing, inverter installation and commissioning; close installation snags.
- Follow electrical isolation, working-at-height and roof waterproofing procedures; report hazards and defects promptly.
Requirements
- ITI Electrical or Diploma in Electrical.
- 1-3 years of relevant solar installation or electrical work experience.
- Practical competence in electrical tools, MC4 crimping, cable terminations, earthing and basic testing.
- Ability to read installation drawings and follow documented quality and safety checks.
- Willingness to work at residential rooftop sites and travel to assigned sites.
