Join Greentek India Limited's residential solar team, primarily delivering 3-10 kW rooftop installations. 1 position(s). Relevant experience: 2-5 years.
Fixed gross salary: INR 35000 per month before employee deductions. Approved site expenses are separate.
Key responsibilities
- Commission and service residential solar PV systems, mainly 3-10 kW.
- Diagnose inverter, string, AC/DC wiring, insulation, earthing and monitoring faults using appropriate instruments.
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance; record root causes, actions, test results and customer handover.
- Configure inverter monitoring and support generation/performance investigation and OEM warranty coordination.
- Complete assigned commissioning milestones, verify quality evidence and support closure of post-installation snags.
Requirements
- Diploma, B.Tech or B.E. in Electrical / EEE.
- 2-5 years in solar O&M or relevant electrical maintenance.
- Knowledge of solar modules, inverters, BOS, protection and monitoring/SCADA principles.
- Demonstrated fault diagnosis and safe use of electrical testing instruments.
- Ability to prepare service reports and coordinate with customers, installation teams and OEMs.
