Greentek India Limited is a Secunderabad-based solar EPC company with 28+ years of experience. We design, supply, install and commission rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems for residential, commercial and industrial customers.
As a Sales Executive - EPC Sales, you will own the customer journey from first enquiry to order closure: understanding energy needs, arranging site surveys, presenting proposals and closing solar EPC orders. This is a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad.
We are hiring 5 people for this role. Minimum experience: 2 years.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads for rooftop and commercial solar projects through field visits, referrals, channel partners and inbound enquiries.
- Understand customer power consumption and requirements, and arrange site surveys with the design team.
- Present proposals, explain savings, subsidy and financing options, and negotiate to close orders.
- Coordinate with design, projects and accounts teams so that orders move smoothly from booking to execution.
- Collect advances and milestone payments in line with order terms.
- Keep leads, quotations and follow-ups updated in ERPNext.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and keep customers informed through execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in solar, electrical, construction or other project-based B2B or B2C sales.
- Understanding of rooftop solar, net metering and subsidy schemes is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English, Telugu and Hindi.
- Willing to travel for field visits and site surveys; own two-wheeler preferred.
- Self-driven and comfortable working to targets.
