About this role
Lead the delivery of Greentek India Limited's residential rooftop solar projects, coordinating multiple sites, installation teams and customers from planning through commissioning and handover.
1 position. Relevant experience: 8-10 years. Full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad with assignments at project sites.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver multiple residential rooftop solar installations against agreed schedules, budgets and quality targets.
- Coordinate site surveys, design approvals, BOQs, material availability, installers and subcontractors.
- Manage customer communication, site readiness, execution progress and resolution of installation issues.
- Coordinate DISCOM documentation, metering and approvals with the responsible teams.
- Enforce site safety, installation quality, testing, commissioning and completion of punch-list items.
- Maintain project progress and cost records in ERP; coordinate milestone billing, collections and handover to the service team.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of relevant project execution experience, including hands-on management of residential solar installations.
- Ability to coordinate several sites and installation crews while maintaining delivery commitments.
- Working knowledge of rooftop PV layouts, electrical drawings, BOQs, installation quality and commissioning.
- Strong customer communication, contractor coordination, planning and reporting skills.
- Engineering qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or a related discipline preferred.
- Willingness to travel to assigned project sites.
