About this role
Manage Greentek India Limited's commercial solar EPC projects, including industrial installations, with responsibility for schedules, costs, site coordination, quality and safe delivery.
1 position. Relevant experience: 8-10 years. Full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad with assignments at project sites.
Key responsibilities
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource plans and budgets for commercial and industrial solar installations.
- Coordinate engineering, structural and electrical interfaces, drawing approvals, BOQs and procurement priorities.
- Lead site engineers, contractors and vendors, and coordinate work with the customer's operations team.
- Track material use, progress, costs, changes and risks; resolve delays and report corrective actions.
- Maintain safety and QA/QC controls, and coordinate inspections, electrical approvals and shutdown requirements.
- Manage testing, commissioning, performance verification, as-built documentation and handover to O&M.
- Coordinate subcontractor measurements, milestone billing and customer payment follow-up with commercial and accounts teams.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of relevant project experience, including management of commercial or industrial solar EPC projects.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors and customer stakeholders.
- Ability to review drawings, BOQs and installation methods and coordinate structural and electrical interfaces.
- Working knowledge of solar PV commissioning, quality checks, site safety and approval processes.
- Engineering qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or a related discipline preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, project reporting and ERP; planning software experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel to and work at assigned project sites.
