Join Greentek India Limited's residential solar team, primarily delivering 3-10 kW rooftop installations. 2 position(s). Relevant experience: 2-3 years.
Fixed gross salary: INR 25000 per month before employee deductions. Approved site expenses are separate.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day residential solar installation work, mainly 3-10 kW, under the existing project management team.
- Set out structures and module layouts, guide technicians and check mounting, roof sealing, cable routes and terminations.
- Perform electrical checks within demonstrated competence, resolve installation defects and support commissioning.
- Track site readiness, materials, progress, quality evidence and handover snags in ERP.
- Stop unsafe work, explain safe methods to the crew and escalate design changes or site constraints before proceeding.
Requirements
- ITI Electrical or Diploma in Electrical.
- Relevant experience within the original 1-3 year technician band, preferably 2-3 years with demonstrated independent installation capability.
- Ability to guide a small installation crew and verify workmanship against approved drawings.
- Hands-on competence in DC/AC wiring, connectors, earthing, electrical testing and residential roof installation.
- Clear site reporting and customer-facing communication on assigned work.
