About this role
We are expanding our product engineering capability to support and evolve a production-grade Industrial IoT platform serving the renewable energy sector. The platform is already in production, with the current focus on customer onboarding, operational excellence, reliability, scalability and continuous improvement.
This is an opportunity to work on a modern cloud-native product where engineers have meaningful ownership and can directly influence product quality and customer success.
Technology Stack
- Frontend: React.js
- Backend: Node.js / NestJS, Golang, Python

Strong software engineering fundamentals are valued more than prior experience with every technology listed above.
Focus of This Role (2–3 years)

Key responsibilities
- Develop product features and fix bugs across the platform.
- Build and enhance backend APIs and user-facing UI.
- Support testing and maintain documentation.
- Support customer onboarding.
- Support real-time telemetry ingestion and processing.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals (product development experience preferred).
- 2–3 years building or supporting production software.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely within a small team.
- Curiosity, a clear ownership mindset, and a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
- Working knowledge of any of React.js, Node.js/NestJS, Golang, Python, MongoDB, MariaDB or EMQX MQTT is a plus — fundamentals matter more than the full stack.
