About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for prospective solar customers — making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for the field sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective residential and commercial solar customers.
- Explain Greentek's solar rooftop offerings and generate interest.
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits / appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer and lead records in the CRM.
- Follow up on enquiries and nurture prospects through the funnel.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling / telemarketing.
- Good communication skills (Telugu, Hindi and English preferred).
- Confident, persuasive phone manner and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer / CRM literacy for logging calls and leads.
- Willingness to work on-site from the Secunderabad office.
