As we continue our growth journey from ₹100 Cr to ₹200 Cr and beyond, we are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to strengthen our people processes and support organizational growth.
About the Role
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management support, compliance and HR administration across Greentek Group companies. The ideal candidate should be capable of working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment and contribute towards building a high-performance culture.

Key responsibilities
- Talent acquisition: manage end-to-end recruitment activities across Greentek Group companies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with department heads.
- Facilitate offer rollout and onboarding processes.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
- Onboarding: conduct induction programs and coordinate employee orientation and department integration.
- Ensure completion of joining formalities and documentation; maintain employee records and HR files.
- HR operations: handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions and exit processes.
- Maintain and update the employee database in HRMS/ERP systems.
- Manage attendance, leave records and employee documentation.
- Generate HR reports and employee analytics.
- Performance management: assist in implementing the PMS and coordinate KPI/KRA tracking across departments.
- Follow up on appraisal cycles and performance reviews, and support learning and development initiatives.
- Engagement: organize employee engagement programs, celebrations and team-building activities.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys and support internal communication initiatives that build a positive work culture.
- Compliance: maintain employee records in line with labour laws.
- Coordinate PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity and other statutory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and HR procedures, and assist during internal and external audits.
- Training: coordinate training programs and skill development initiatives, and track attendance and effectiveness.
- Maintain training records and competency matrices.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a human resources role.
- MBA (HR) / MSW (HR) / PGDM-HR, with a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employment regulations.
- Recruitment and talent acquisition expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.
- Experience with the ERPNext HR module will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Solar EPC, renewable energy, manufacturing, engineering or construction & infrastructure is preferred.
